Druces for Business

Occupiers

We are experienced advisers to commercial occupiers across a wide range of sectors, working closely with our clients (and their in-house property teams) to assist with every stage of the process.

From agreeing heads-of-terms to moving into occupation, we combine our legal expertise with a sound commercial approach.

We are particularly known for our work with occupiers in the retail, leisure, office and Fine Art sectors and on units ranging in size from London HQs for international businesses to individual retail premises. We also enjoy excellent working relationships with the leading surveyors and property agents helping to bring the best expertise to bear in each case.

Working in partnership with our clients (and their other advisers), we help to ensure that each project runs on time and within budget, at the same time minimising disruption to our client’s underlying business. The goal is simple: to make your premises work for your business.
