We have an award-winning team of advisers helping international families and family offices who need advice in connection with both their UK and overseas affairs. Our specialism lies in securing low-profile solutions for high-profile clients but we act for a wide range of families and individuals.

Our advice in this field covers wealth structuring, dealing with international and UK assets in the most tax efficient way possible (including the associated corporate structuring). We also deal with the question of employing staff (and being employed) in the UK, as well as the immigration aspects of moving to and residing in the UK.

Real Estate is another area of expertise. We are also well known for our advice covering all aspects of UK property: residential, commercial and investment properties included.

We are regularly asked to help structure families’ business affairs in the UK, advising on the most appropriate and tax efficient vehicles, according to their circumstances.

As a firm we pioneered investment through syndication over 25 years ago and acting on the first ever REIT conversion to be listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.

We have helped a number of clients to set up family offices in the UK and advised on the structure of their UK presence in the most tax efficient way.
We have worked with many clients on building their property portfolios, whether as an investment strategy or to service the needs of a family office’s operation.
We act for high profile, non UK domiciled families on succession issues, usually involving several jurisdictions and very often involving a range of asset classes including property and high value artwork and wine collections.
