The team has a deep knowledge of the sector and is experienced in providing advice on all forms of construction and engineering work from advice on contract form through to administration and where disputes arise on the tactics to be deployed in them.

Our client base is diverse, including UK and overseas clients with projects here and abroad. We have also advised on projects as far afield as Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. The team has a wide experience of all forms of contract including the JCT forms, NEC 3 & 4, FIDIC, bespoke forms of contract, development agreements and professional appointments (both standard forms such as the RIBA appointment and bespoke consultant appointments). We are highly experienced in advising on the use of FIDIC forms of contract, as well as the NEC form for international projects.
