How we support our clients
In the changing regulatory landscape for investment funds, clients regularly seek our advice on the whole range of issues which affect them, from questions of structuring and promotion through to the on-going administration. We have a track record of successfully advising funds in all these stages of their life.
Our team closely monitors the evolving legal position of the funds industry and is well-placed to handle all matters relating to the investments arena. We frequently advise clients on transactions with an international element and have a good network in all of the key jurisdictions through which funds operate.
Druces advised on the first ever Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) conversion to be listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange and rank as experts in this sector.
