Caroline is a partner and Head of Corporate Restructuring in the Corporate and Commercial Team.
Heading our Corporate Restructuring Team, which has been described in the Legal 500 as “conscientious and technically excellent”, Caroline regularly acts for large group companies, insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders and high net worth individuals on corporate restructurings and investment structuring.
Advising in both solvent and insolvent situations, Caroline has built a strong reputation for her quick, strategic thinking and her ability to use the law to give her clients the best solution / advantage. Calm under pressure, she is known for her clear advice, often in high stress and time pressurised situations, enabling her to provide accessible solutions for her clients, when they need it the most.
