Michael is a Solicitor in Druces’ Corporate and Commercial team. He joined Druces in November 2023.

Michael has experience advising on general corporate and commercial matters as well as corporate finance.

He has advised clients on a range of matters including incorporation of companies, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, company reorganisations, shareholder arrangements such as share options and share buybacks, terms and conditions. On the corporate finance side, he has acted on real estate, acquisition and general corporate lending for both lenders and borrowers.

He has worked with investors, business start-ups, individuals, SMEs and off-shore entities in a wide range of sectors including real estate, retail, leisure, healthcare and technology.
