Druces for Business

Capital Markets

We understand that the listing process can be complex and time intensive. Our clients choose Druces because we make it as painless as possible so that they can concentrate on running their businesses.

Our team advises on transactions involving the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, AIM and AQSE admissions, IPOs, reverse takeovers, fundraisings and bond and loan note issuances.

Druces is recognised as one of the UK’s top 20 law firms for the number of AIM listed clients we advise and we are ranked second in the UK for basic materials clients (Corporate Adviser Rankings Guide, August 2021).

The Capital Markets team includes partners who themselves are non-executive directors and so not only have excellent technical knowledge, but also know first-hand what it’s like to go through the listing process themselves.

Experience in international markets

Our lawyers have practical experience of working with companies listed on other markets around the world. We regularly advise on dual-listing our clients on Nasdaq, JSE, TSX, TSX-V, ASX, TISE and EURONEXT.

We cover a broad range of sectors but are particularly known for our work in the natural resources, as well the healthcare, technology and construction sectors.

Legal 500 commentary

We are recommended in the latest edition of Legal 500 for our work within Mining & Minerals and Equity Capital Markets – Small-Mid Cap, where we are credited as being a “commercial and knowledgeable team” and “always providing sound advice”.
