That includes advice on corporate and commercial issues, property and employment questions and the whole range of legal challenges that leisure and hospitality operators encounter.
We work with a variety of clients on their real estate issues, often involving large portfolios, development or refurbishment financing. We also act for many overseas businesses looking to set up in the UK; advising them on everything connected to doing business in the UK.
