We work with high street stores, online retailers and luxury brands to help these businesses respond to current challenges such as what a multichannel strategy might mean for a business, not least around data protection issues, employment considerations and property portfolio management.
A significant focus of our retail practice is on property acquisition and estate management considerations, and we are working with a number of our clients to realise a concerted growth strategy. We also advise across the full range of contentious issues that retail businesses encounter.
