Druces for Business

Commercial Property Investment

Our commercial property team represents a wide range of property investors in the sale, purchase and leasing of every type of property from small stand-alone units to multi-million pound office blocks, retail and industrial parks.

We act for a diverse client base, from REITs, financial institutions, and property companies, to pension funds, property syndicators and high net worth individuals. Our expertise and experience is broad but we have a particular knowledge of the retail, office and industrial sectors.

We tailor our approach to suit each individual client whether they are acquiring their first investment property or working with an established portfolio.

Druces pioneered investment in property by syndication for private investors some time ago, enabling individuals to join syndicates for the purpose of investing in commercial property as part of a group.
