Many families have been clients of Druces for several generations and we have worked closely with those clients over time to organise their family trusts efficiently and effectively.
We also regularly set up new trusts for a variety of clients. These include parents who have children with disabilities; families dealing with long-term estate planning for the future of their children and grandchildren and others using trusts for a wide range of purposes. In all cases we are able to advise trustees on their responsibilities and deal with the preparation of accounts and annual tax returns in a cost-effective way.
