Christopher Harrison is a Corporate Partner with extensive experience in Debt & Equity Capital Markets, Convertible Bonds and Leveraged Finance Transactions.

With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Harrison has advised corporations, banks, governments, private equity and venture funds on complex corporate and financial transactions. His global financial services extend across a variety of industries, including; energy and mining, aviation, life sciences, fintech and financial services.

Prior to joining Druces, Mr. Harrison led the European finance and transaction practice at another international law firm, as well as heading the corporate and finance groups at various other leading international firms. His significant industry experience encompasses acquisitions, project financing, corporate lending and workouts, capital raising, restructurings and sales of various distressed multi-national businesses.

In addition to his legal advisory practice, Mr. Harrison has substantial management experience and frequently advises Boards, CEOs, C-Suite executives and other stakeholders on a wide range of corporate, financial and regulatory issues.
