Clare is Druces’ Chief Operating Officer, working closely with the Partners, the CEO and the Business Services team to ensure the firm operates effectively and continues to grow.

With more than 30 years of experience in law firm management, across both London and East Anglia, Clare brings depth across the full range of operational disciplines: financial management, regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering.

Her role centres on translating the firm’s strategic ambitions into the operational systems and processes that make them achievable, maintaining high standards of client service while building the infrastructure for long-term growth.

Outside work, Clare is based in Norfolk and enjoys time with her family, including travelling to Florida with her teenage daughter.
