Deena Bowman is a highly experienced senior HR professional, having led and developed HR and People teams in professional services in London for over 20 years. She is an AOEC qualified Executive Coach and specialises in personal and career development. Deena is a member of the Engagement Committee, the Health & Wellbeing Committee and is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

Deena leads the People function at Druces, both from a strategic and operational perspective and is committed to empowering people in both their personal and professional development, helping them to reach their full potential.
