Nicole joined Druces LLP as a Legal Secretary in March 2012 and now works in the Company Secretarial Department.

As part of the Company Secretarial team, Nicole is involved in the provision of company secretarial services to our company secretarial clients.  This includes, assisting with general administration (at board and shareholder level), incorporating companies and LLPs, preparing and filing company house forms and supporting the Corporate Department with project work. 

Nicole is in the process of enrolling on a ICSA qualification course.

As an animal lover and keen equestrian, Nicole spends her spare time taking her horse to various competitions and walking her dog.
