Parveen is a Partner and also Head of Residential Property.

Having particular experience in super-prime, and outer-prime London sectors Parveen’s expertise particularly comes to the fore in dealing with high value freehold and leasehold properties.   She has extensive experience in dealing with a range of complex transactions, including offshore sales, purchases, and refinancing.  

Parveen clients range from first-time buyers to, high and ultra-high net worth individuals and investors.

Parveen’ recent experience includes the sale of a £24 million Grosvenor property, being instructed on a £41 million remortgage of a Belgravia property, acting for a management company on the transfer of a large Richmond development to it, from a major developer, and the £5.35 million sale of a shares in an BVI company owning a Mayfair property.

Parveen prides herself on giving clear and straightforward explanations on the complexities of the transactions to her clients.

Parveen is recommended in the Legal 500.

In her spare time, Parveen likes to paint, read, travel and spend time with her two young children.
