She has extensive experience in dealing with a range of complex transactions, including offshore sales, purchases, and refinancing.
Parveen clients range from first-time buyers to, high and ultra-high net worth individuals and investors.
Parveen’ recent experience includes the sale of a £24 million Grosvenor property, being instructed on a £41 million remortgage of a Belgravia property, acting for a management company on the transfer of a large Richmond development to it, from a major developer, and the £5.35 million sale of a shares in an BVI company owning a Mayfair property.
