Vaida is an Associate in the Property Litigation team and deals with a variety of residential and commercial property matters for both landlords and tenants.
Vaida act on both sides in relation to leasehold disputes involving breaches of covenant, the non-payment of ground rent and service charge as well as dilapidations claims, forfeiture proceedings and business lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
Vaida also advises clients on leasehold enfranchisement claims and lease extensions.
