Andrew has been a practising solicitor since 1977, developing a comprehensive understanding of real estate litigation. Since the 1980s, he has focused exclusively on dispute resolution, particularly cases involving:

• Access to neighbouring land
• Boundary disputes
• Property-related professional negligence

His experience includes acting on High Court and Court of Appeal cases, demonstrating his deep knowledge of the legal complexities surrounding real estate disputes.

Before joining Druces, Andrew was a Partner at Child & Child, where he built a strong reputation in property litigation and advisory work.

Andrew is widely regarded as a thought leader in property dispute resolution. He is the co-author of Party Walls, Law and Practice (4th Edition), published by Lexis Nexis, a key reference in the field.

In addition to his published work, he is a sought-after speaker, regularly lecturing to party wall surveyors and rights of light surveyors on legal complexities affecting property development and disputes.
