Claire specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and finance law. Claire’s leadership in key, complex transactions and her personable approach make her an invaluable asset to the Corporate team and adds further depth to the partnership. Having joined Druces as a trainee in 2011, Claire’s promotion to Partner is a testament to her dedication, expertise, and commitment to client service.
