Please note that Companies House have announced that their systems have been scheduled for some downtime starting from 5pm Thursday 5th December 2024 until 9am on Monday 9th December 2024. This downtime has been scheduled to enable Companies House to update their systems in line with The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023.

During this period Companies House will not process electronic filings with a fee. Any such filings will be queued and processed after 9am on Monday 9th December.
