Druces advised First Equity in connection with a placing and subscription of approximately £4.9m, and the reverse takeover of Neo Energy Metals. Upon completion of the acquisition set out in Neo Energy Metals’ prospectus, it became the controlling holding company of a uranium exploration company with operations in South Africa.
