In the 2023 edition of The Legal 500, Druces is pleased to announce our Residential Property team has been recognised with a tier 3 ranking. This is our first ranking in this category, having previously been listed as a ‘Firm to Watch’.
Clients praised the team’s efforts to go above and beyond to complete transactions in a timely and effective way, in particular during the stamp duty holiday which led to a large number of instructions that needed to be completed in a fairly short period of time.
This achievement adds to a fantastic year overall for the Residential Property department, earlier in 2022 winning Gold in the ‘Property Law Firm of the Year’ category at Citywealth’s Magic Circle Awards.
