This Christmas, the Partners and staff at Druces have been collecting food items to donate to The Whitechapel Mission, which has been helping homeless Londoners since 1876. This year alone they have provided more than 100,000 breakfasts and 34,000 bags of groceries to those in need. Whilst they rely solely on food donations all throughout the year, there is a higher demand in winter.
This year, Druces has also made a monetary donation to The Mission in lieu of Christmas cards to assist with this valuable cause.
Druces’ Senior Partner, Roy Campbell, said “it is great that we are able to support this worthy charity particularly at this time of year when the weather is getting colder and the homeless are more reliant on charitable donations“.
