We are delighted to welcome Charles Grossman as a Senior Associate within our Dispute Resolution team.

Charles qualified as a Solicitor in June 2017, having gained experience at both City and regional firms. His expertise lies in commercial landlord and tenant matters, real property, and residential landlord and tenant issues. Charles possesses a diverse skill set, handling lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations, adverse possession, party wall matters, possession claims, forfeiture claims (including tenant breach of covenant), easement disputes, trespass, nuisance, and land registration issues including alteration of the register.

He has represented a wide array of clients, including Housing Associations, High Net Worth Individuals, Hotels, and Developers.
