We are pleased to announce that Druces, alongside RSM, PwC, Walker Morris and Fredrikson & Byron, have won International Deal of the Year at the Midlands Dealmaker Awards for our work in relation to the sale of Casella Holdings Limited (CHL) by Ideal Industries to TSI. This was a highly complex deal, a British firm buying a subsidiary from a US giant run across four continents, carried out during the chaos of the 2022 mini-budget. The team managed it all, going from signature of heads to completion in just 36 days.
