Druces LLP has advised a real estate developer on the sale of a freehold apartment block in Central London comprising 19 individual tenanted apartments.

The transaction highlights Druces’ experience advising developers, investors and property owners on complex residential real estate transactions, including the disposal of investment assets across London. Robert Irving Burns acted for the seller, with Damien Field leading the agency team.
