Druces have advised Grandir UK, a leading provider of Early Years education and childcare, on its acquisition of Pippa’s House Nurseries.
Druces supported Grandir UK in the acquisition of Pippa’s House Nurseries, which operates seven sites across Surrey and Hampshire. This move marked an important step in strengthening the group’s long-term growth strategy.
The transaction was structured as a share acquisition, and drew on the expertise of Druce’s corporate, tax, employment, real estate and commercial teams, reflecting a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality Early Years provision.
