Druces LLP have advised Sundae Bar Plc, an AI-driven technology company, on its successful admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and associated £2 million fundraising. The transaction marks a significant milestone in the development of Sundae Bar’s AI Agent marketplace.

Sundae Bar raised £2 million in gross proceeds through the placing of 25,000,000 new ordinary shares at 8 pence per share, securing capital to accelerate the development of its AI platform. The AIM Admission gives Sundae Bar Plc enhanced access to the capital markets and positions it strongly for future growth.

The fundraising and admission support Sundae Bar’s strategic ambition to become the leading marketplace for AI Agents, which are software systems capable of autonomously performing tasks for individuals and businesses. The company’s acquisition of Ora Technology Plc earlier this year strengthens its enterprise infrastructure and underpins its go-to-market strategy.

Jill Kenney, CEO of Sundae Bar Plc, shared:

“We are excited to announce that sundae_bar has completed the merger with Ora Technology Plc and is now successfully listed on AIM. We owe tremendous gratitude to Jack Dervyn and his colleagues at Druces LLP, whose legal expertise and strategic guidance proved invaluable throughout the entire transaction. We recognize that executing a merger alongside an AIM admission in such close succession added more complexities than usual. Druces handled these overlapping processes like true professionals, demonstrating their thorough preparation, commercial insight, and ability to manage the regulatory complexities of both the acquisition and public listing process simultaneously. Their expertise has set the foundation for the next phase of sundae_bar as an AI agent marketplace.”

Jack Dervyn, Partner and Head of Capital Markets, commented:

We are living in exciting times in terms of developing technologies, and the team at Druces were pleased to be able to assist with bringing Sundae Bar to AIM. This was a complex transaction which required precision and timely advice throughout. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with the Sundae Bar team, and seeing how it’s AI agent marketplace develops.”
